Orange Property Management offers a wide range of services designed to give property owners peace of mind that their property and guests will be cared for as the owners would want.

To make your life easier we have already put together a competitive property management package which covers all your basic management needs and more. These are a combination of the most popular management services offered by Orange Property Management.

Property Management Package 1 (12 month service) £100 per year
Property Management Package 2 (12 month service) £150 per year (Recommended for owners who rent)

Property Management Package 2 (12 month service) £130 per year (Recommended for owners who rent)

Provide key-holding service

Check property each month and report problems.

Recommended for owners who rent…
 
Provide key-holding service
Check property each month and report problems.

Pay Property Tax (subject to sufficient funds in account)
Pay Site Fees (subject to sufficient funds in account)
Renew apartment insurances when due.
Organise repair work by tradesmen (as instructed by owner)
Provide post-season check and lock-up
Provide 24-hour contact service for owners and guests
Mobile phone top-up to keep sim card active.
‘Meet and greet’ guests shortly after their arrival and provide them with information (see Guest Welcome Meeting information attached). 
Provide assistance and advice with any problems guests may encounter.

 Arrange Emergency Call out services ie, electrician, plumber, AC engineer etc. (Call-out charge apply)
 Provide guests with Welcome Pack on arrival.
 Cleaning, laundry and ironing services.

The following lists show jobs, which are included in our Property Management Packages
 
During the Season Services
 Check property after guests’ departure and report to owner. PM Package 2
 Check bins, cupboards, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave for waste and perishable foodstuffs and remove after guests’ departure PM Package 2
 Changeover gas bottles when required (cost of supply extra)
 
 
End of Season Services (to be carried out between 15th and 30th November)
 Ensure all bedding, towels etc are put into storage
 Turn off services, i.e. electricity, water, gas (if requested)
 Check bins, cupboards, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave for waste and perishable foodstuffs and remove.

Ensure all external windows and doors are locked and any additional security features (e.g. window locks) have been applied.
 Ensure all exterior furniture (chairs, tables, sun beds, and umbrellas) is returned to place of storage.
 Unplug electrical equipment and store in cupboards (if requested)
 Lift bed mattresses to allow air to circulate underneath
